Rick Ross “Aston Martin Music” track with Drake and Chrisette Michele leaked awhile back but we were more interested in MM3 at the time to put it up. But come to find out it had no verse from Drizzy and he will only be featured on the bridge for the Teflon Donalbum in stores on July 20th. But Drake blesses his fans with a verse for the sake of it and calls it “Paris Morton Music” and you get both the original and Drakes version in one today. Shout out to Nation on the track.
Ok, ok, ok…. I’ve been prolonging this event much to the chagrin to everyone involved, but it has been a busy two months. I’ve received many a threats over Twitter and Emails, so I had to get this done. But here it is: one day, an idea struck me while I was cleaning my house ( one of the many activities where things come to mind) on how to bring the youth movement of music together with BC and how to give these artists a chance to showcase their talents and abilities. So I decided to reach out to any MC interested in a freestyle competition and we’ll put the results on the blog. We recieved interest by some of our close friends and by folks that we’ve, until now, never heard of. A generic beat was given to all artists and they had under two minutes to show us, and you, what they can do. Needless to say, I was very, very impressed. But as I thought more into it, I didn’t want to make this a competition anymore for the simple fact that all of us, whether in music, art, fashion, etc, are in search of the same goals. And we can use each other to achieve said goals. So below are the verses of the first round, on the instrumental for “Inkredible” by Trae, Lil’Wayne, and Rick Ross. Feel free to follow everyone on their Twitter accounts and look up more of their music. The Battlegrounds have commenced.
Me being a semi-selfish person , hearing the news of Lebron’s flight south had me excited. I was supportive of Lebron doing his thing , for HIM. I feel like people should do what they want when they want , but something just didn’t sit right with me. After careful analysis of Lebron’s decision I can honestly say that “maybe” this wasn’t the best decision. I still am supportive of James and this will be a fun season to watch , but when you think about words such as Loyalty & Family you see that this ordeal erases them out of the equation. Cleveland a city that Lebron helped build and actually holds stock in is pissed off. Majority owner Dan Gilbert even had this to say:
Dear Cleveland, All Of Northeast Ohio and Cleveland Cavaliers Supporters Wherever You May Be Tonight;
As you now know, our former hero, who grew up in the very region that he deserted this evening, is no longer a Cleveland Cavalier.
This was announced with a several day, narcissistic, self-promotional build-up culminating with a national TV special of his “decision” unlike anything ever “witnessed” in the history of sports and probably the history of entertainment.
Clearly, this is bitterly disappointing to all of us.
The good news is that the ownership team and the rest of the hard-working, loyal, and driven staff over here at your hometown Cavaliers have not betrayed you nor NEVER will betray you.
There is so much more to tell you about the events of the recent past and our more than exciting future. Over the next several days and weeks, we will be communicating much of that to you.
You simply don’t deserve this kind of cowardly betrayal.
You have given so much and deserve so much more.
In the meantime, I want to make one statement to you tonight:
“I PERSONALLY GUARANTEE THAT THE CLEVELAND CAVALIERS WILL WIN AN NBA CHAMPIONSHIP BEFORE THE SELF-TITLED FORMER ‘KING’ WINS ONE”
You can take it to the bank.
If you thought we were motivated before tonight to bring the hardware to Cleveland, I can tell you that this shameful display of selfishness and betrayal by one of our very own has shifted our “motivation” to previously unknown and previously never experienced levels.
Some people think they should go to heaven but NOT have to die to get there.
This video is my favorite right now! Fan of aFan Mixtape was insane, if you haven’t heard it I urge you to do so. Chris Brown is a great dancer, he can dance to anything.
Man the Good Music camp has been rockin’ shit in 2010. Let’s be honest, who’s waiting for a compilation album? Well until that happens check out the imagery in Mr. Bentley’s new video Greener. I’ve heard this song around March or so and now Im glad the video is here. The man of style and swagger advancer give you that Kanye vibe styled video.
